Information: Drostanolone Enanthate, which should more commonly be known as Masteron Enanthate, is a long ester variant of Drostanolone. Drostanolone Enanthate is an androgenic anabolic steroid that was first marketed around 1970 under the trade name Masteron (which was Drostanolone Propionate, a short ester variant of Drostalonone) manufactured by Syntex.

Drostanolone is a derivative of dihydrotestosterone (DHT), which means it is a modified form of DHT itself. There are many anabolic steroids within the family of DHT derivatives, some of which are very well known and very popular (Oxandrolone/anavar, Stanozolol/winstrol, Methenolone/Primobolan, etc.).

The reason DHT derivatives are so popular and useful in the world of bodybuilding and athletics is because they are incapable of conversion (aromatization) into estrogen. DHT is not recognized as a suitable substrate for the aromatase enzyme in the body, and therefore any hormone derived from DHT will assume these same qualities.The only strange exception to this rule would be Anadrol-50 (Oxymetholone), which expresses heavy estrogenic effects, but still does not aromatize. On the other hand, no estrogenic effects should be experienced with the use of Masteron Enanthate at any dose. The same goes for all other compounds in the family of DHT derivatives (except Anadrol, of course).

Drostanolone carries relatively normal anabolic and androgenic activity, however, these ratings are somewhat misleading. It is important to remember that DHT, the base of Drostanolone, is five times more androgenic than testosterone with a much stronger binding affinity to the androgen receptor. This again promotes a harder look and can also enhance fat loss.

Side effects

Masteron is non-aromatizing and does not contain any progestin nature, which makes estrogen side effects impossible with this steroid. This means that gynecomastia, bloating and water retention will not be problems.

Due to its androgenic nature, Masteron can produce virilization symptoms in women. Virilization symptoms may include hair growth, deepening of the vocal cords, and enlarged clitoris.

Other possible side effects: hair loss and enlarged prostate, increased aggression, dangerously increased cholesterol levels, high blood pressure, acne and liver damage.

After cycle therapy

After the treatment cycle, start after 15-19 days, when you had your last injection.

After the end of any cycle, full and proper post cycle therapy is still required, where ancillary testosterone-boosting compounds such as Nolvadex and/or HCG should be used in order to facilitate the normalization of HPTA (Hypothalamus-Pituitary-Testicles). -axis) and the endogenous production of testosterone as quickly as possible.

Drostanolone Propionate itself does not saromatize to estrogen and therefore does not require anti-estrogen protection throughout the cycle. However, it is most often used in combination with testosterone (which requires protection).
